Automatically populate address fields using Google Maps

I have seen it on a few sites where you go sign up with an account and you start to enter your address details and the field automagically completes and finds an address suggestion for you.... ooooh nice!

Its snazzy, accurate and totally avoids a whole slew of human input error issues when creating shipping address forms or registration forms with addresses.
